A graduate from University of Houston and co-owner of the Clear Lake Music Lesson Studio. He has been teaching guitar for many years and is fluent in multiple genres including classical. David currently performs in the Houston area with several bands ranging in styles from rock to funk/R&B.
A violinist since age 4, toured Europe at 12, studied under Geoffrey Applegate of the Detroit Symphony at 16, and performed with Itzhak Perlman twice. A University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music graduate, Laura played with Michigan symphonies before joining the Symphony of Southeast Texas. With over a decade of experience, she's a dedicated on-campus instructor for CCISD orchestra students.
Studied in Russia where she completed her musical education degree. In 1994, she started teaching and working as a piano accompanist. She continued doing this for the next eleven years in Russia before moving to the United States. Galina now resides in the Clear Lake area, and has been a member of the Clear Lake Music Lessons inc. family since 2007.
Miguel, starting at 6, mastered instruments for 30+ years, influenced by his father. With 12 years of Houston's professional experience, he excels on diverse stages. In 2015, he wowed at Burkina Faso's Jazz Festival with Jmetro. Specializing in guitar, Miguel teaches various styles, prioritizing a fun approach for a love of music in both English and Spanish.
A vocal powerhouse with a Bachelor's from Houston Baptist University, debuted in 2007. Her notable roles include Suzuki in Madame Butterfly and the First Lady in Magic Flute. Beyond opera, she excelled in theater and actively participates in contemporary worship. Currently, Chelsea directs and serves on the board at Clear Creek Community Theatre.
Charlie, a seasoned percussionist with 17+ years in Houston's music scene, played with Clay Walker, shared stages with bands like Breaking Benjamin and Foo Fighters. His extensive experience in college-level bands, percussion ensembles, and steel drum ensembles makes him a valuable teacher, currently performing with The Crisis, eager to share knowledge with passionate learners.
Aidan began his musical journey at 11, excelling in school orchestras and adding violin and viola. A standout in UIL competitions, he refined his skills under Laura's guidance. Since 2019, Aidan has played fiddle at Houston Irish Sessions, learning the mandolin and guitar. He prioritizes enjoyable learning tailored to individual preferences with technical challenges for skill development.
Chris Ranew's musical journey started at two, learning piano from his dad. In sixth grade, he added the cello, remaining in the varsity orchestra throughout high school. Post-graduation, Chris played with bands like Los Skarnales, performing across various stages. Now, he teaches tailored lessons, emphasizing education, fun, and positivity to help students advance their skills.
Nathalie's musical journey started at 11, playing violin and learning piano. Throughout high school and San Jacinto College (2016-2019), she immersed herself in orchestra, piano, earning an Associates Degree in Music. In 2019, Nathalie discovered her passion for teaching, instructing class piano and private lessons, enjoying students who share her love for music as self-expression.
Lily started her musical journey at 12, initially with the flute and later focusing on classical vocal studies at 17. After high school, she took private lessons at San Jacinto College Central (2018-2020), participating in the All State Choir at the Texas Music Educators Conference. Lily also embraced an adaptive teaching style for enjoyable lessons.
Jeremy started his musical journey at nine, excelling in choir and UIL competitions. In high school, he added voice lessons and developed piano skills. Now pursuing a music education degree, specializing as a baritone-bass, Jeremy explored music composition and participated in choirs at SJC. Passionate about teaching, he began tutoring music theory and offering voice and piano lessons in 2019.
