Aidan began playing violin when he was 11, playing in the school orchestras at Space Center Intermediate and Clear Lake High School. Although his primary focus is the violin, during his senior year of high school he played both the violin and viola in the Clear Lake High School Orchestra. He competed in UIL competitions throughout his school years, typically scoring a “1”, and is very familiar with the UIL solo and ensemble competition process and requirements.

Since graduating high school, Aidan has continued to expand his violin and other stringed instrument knowledge and skills. He currently participates with the Texas A&M Galveston campus orchestra where he has held the position of Vice President and began teaching lessons to fellow students on campus. Aidan has also been playing fiddle at Houston Irish Sessions since 2019 and has also started learning the mandolin and guitar. Aidan believes that you learn the fastest by playing the type of music you enjoy most. Aidan strives to find the mix of music for each student that is both enjoyable and includes the technical challenges to enable a student to grow their skill sets.
